The court will consider new claims in the case of Natura Siberica
Last Thursday, three cases in which Natura Siberika LLC appears as a participant, were transferred to the arbitration court at once. In two cases the company acts as a plaintiff, in the third one - as a third party.

At the moment, the claims have not been accepted for consideration yet, but it is known that in one of the cases, the first wife of the deceased head of the company, Irina Trubnikova, was declared a defendant.

The amount of claims filed against Trubnikova reached 1.6 billion rubles.

She owns a stake in Natura Siberika LLC (Moscow), the rest is still owned by Andrei Trubnikov and is in trust management of Grigory Zhdanov.

In early autumn, Natura Siberica suspended the production and sale of products due to the termination of the license agreement with the Estonian OU Good Design. One of the lawsuits filed the day before has just been brought against this company.

According to Sergei Buivolov, the incumbent president of Natura Siberica, the impossibility of further use of trademarks blocks the company's work and leads to colossal losses.

Difficulties in the work of company began after the death of its founder, Andrey Trubnikov, earlier this year. The co-owners and heirs of the company's assets began to file claims against the appointed president of the company Sergei Buivolov, accusing him of a raider takeover. He, in turn, rejected this, indicating the need to preserve the company's documentation and ensure the stability of its work.
