The corresponding decision was made by the Zyuzinsky court of Moscow. The blogger was found guilty of drug promotion in two interviews.
Yuri Dud was found guilty under Part 1.1 of Article 6.13 of the Administrative Code - drug promotion on the Internet. So far, the decision has not come into force, and it can be appealed. The blogger's lawyer Ilnur Sharapov has already announced that the defense will challenge the decision of the court.
Ilnur Sharapov stated in court that there was no body of the offence in the case.
Yuri Dud himself did not appear in court. The initiators of the case were the Safe Internet League and the representative of the Public Chamber Ekaterina Mizulina. During the checks, they noticed the signs of drug promotion in the interviews with rapper Morgenstern and blogger Ivangai.
Further, the initiators turned to the Moscow department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for drug control, where another check was carried out. Morgenstern, by the way, also received a fine of 100 thousand rubles for promotion of drugs.
