The incident took place on the morning of October 18th.  A 12-year-old schoolboy came to school in the village of Sars in the Perm Territory with a firearm and fired two shots.

According to TASS, the offender will not be prosecuted due to the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The minimum age at which a punishment can occur is 14 years.

However, by a court decision, teenagers from the age of 11 can be placed in special closed educational institutions. This happens in cases where criminal liability is provided for violators, but it cannot be applied due to a too young age.

Nobody was hurt during the shooting at school.

According to the Shot telegram channel, the student came to school with a Saiga weapon a little earlier than the lessons start. Allegedly, he was emotional and upset due to a conflict with one of his classmates.

The schoolboy fired two shots - at the wall and at the ceiling. After that, the director took him to her office and convinced him to give up the weapon. The teenager is in the sixth grade, now investigators are working with him.
