Russians having antibodies to Covid-19 will receive QR codes
Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that Russians who recovered from the unconfirmed COVID-19 would receive certificates of having Covid-19 , but subject to the presence of antibodies.
Golikova told about this on December 13. If a person has been tested positive for Covid-19 since January 1, 2021, then subsequently he/she receives a QR code for a year. If there is no confirmation, but there are antibodies - for six months.
The quantity of antibodies will not be taken into account, but the very fact of their presence is important.
As for the citizens of the Russian Federation who have a medical exemption from vaccination, after the entry of the bill on QR codes into force, they will be able to visit public places if they have negative PCR tests. Golikova also added that the experts were working on a list of contraindications for vaccination - it will be ready in December.
Russians vaccinated with foreign-made vaccines will also be able to obtain certificates. To do this, they will need to pass an antibody test - if the result is positive, citizens will be provided with documents for six months.
