Residents of Kamchatka began to receive certificates of the presence of antibodies
The work of commissions issuing certificates of the presence of antibodies to coronavirus to the local residents has started in the Kamchatka Territory. It is noted that the certificates duplicate QR codes.
As reported by ‘RIA Novosti’, the innovation was reported by the Ministry of Health of the Kamchatka Territory. People with a certificate of the presence of antibodies will be able to use the same services as the citizens with QR codes. However, the document will be valid only on the territory of the region.
The issuance of such certificates is not provided for by the territorial state program, therefore the procedure is not free of charge.
It was also noted that the form of the document differs from the usual certificate of the presence of antibodies - it is issued at the request of a citizen. The procedure is as follows: a person enters into an agreement with a medical institution for the provision of paid services, takes a test for antibodies and, if there are some, receives a certificate.
It should be added that earlier, there was information about the creation of a special commission to analyze situations when a person had been ill with covid, but did not apply for help and therefore did not receive a QR code.
Coronavirus restrictions are in effect in the Kamchatka Territory until the end of November. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 21.9 thousand people have fallen ill in the region. 476 patients have died and 16.6 thousand have recovered.
