The day before, it became known about the intention of the Space Entertainment Enterprise (S.E.E.) company to build an additional space station module in space, which have the sports and entertainment arenas inside, as well as a film studio. The object is supposed to be used both for S.E.E.'s own projects and for other companies.
It is already known that one of the films that is planned to be made at the new space facility will be a picture of Tom Cruise.
Created in zero gravity, the studio will allow you to create space content, as well as broadcast what is happening live, reports Variety. The construction of the facility was entrusted to Axiom Space, which received NASA's consent to carry out work on the creation of a commercial component of the ISS a year earlier.
It is already known that the built module, called Axiom Station, will dock to the commercial division of Axiom, where the various commercial enterprises, including space tourism enterprises, will be placed.
Over the time, it is assumed that Axiom Station will completely separate from the International Space Station. This should happen in six years.
According to Axion chief engineer Michael Bain, the design of the inflatable module will provide a vast six-meter space that can be used for a variety of activities, including modern multimedia production.
