Arbitration in Novosibirsk established a monitoring procedure at the Dionis winery.  Boris Lavrushenko, who represents the Siberian Center of Anti-Crisis Management Experts, became the interim manager.  The first stage of bankruptcy is about to last until July 15, 2022.

Earlier Rusbankrot wrote about the lawsuit filed against the winery by Andrey Dremin. The total amount of his claims amounted to 1.95 million rubles. The claim was initially dismissed by the arbitration, but the applicant appears to have succeeded in correcting the procedural shortcomings by presenting the necessary evidence.

We should remind our readers that Andrei Dremin himself is the son of businessman Nikolai Dremin, famous in the city of Berdsk.

The head of the Dionis winery, Ramiz Massimov, headed several organizations controlled by the Dremin family in the past.
