The organization from Nefteyugansk, which installs installations for drilling wells, Ural High-rise Installation Center, became a defendant in the application of the Federal Tax Service for bankruptcy (case No. A75-444/2024). The fiscal authorities require the company to pay 74,877,585.10 rubles.

On January 24, 2024, the arbitration court accepted the claim of the tax authorities for consideration. According to the case file, more than 29 million rubles of debt were personal income tax insurance premiums and payments to the PF of the Russian Federation. The tax service asks them to be included in the second stage of the register. Another 39.3 million is the debt on payments, which may enter the third stage of creditors' claims against the organization. The remaining part is penalties (6.4 million) and fines (54.2 thousand).

The court hearing is scheduled to take place on February 26. It will consider the validity of the claim filed by the tax service. According to the regional publication, since the autumn of last year, the organization has been engaged in the export of tires for their subsequent disposal using pyrolysis. The result of such work was to be gas, metal cord, carbon black and fuel obtained as a result of processing.

The Ural High-Rise Installation Center (UVC) assumed this function within the framework of an agreement reached by the authorities of the region and the UFSSP. The landfill of used tires is located at an illegal landfill, which was leased by the Berezka company. According to Pravda UrFO, the UVC is not the only possible participant in the waste disposal project. Another potential "cleaner" could be the Chelyabinsk company "VtorResurs" with a project to recycle tires into «chips".

The site from which the cleaning is carried out occupies 17 hectares of area. Now it continues to have about 1.2 million tires. Earlier, the authorities tried to hold the tenant (the Berezka company) accountable for their cleaning, obliging him to pay a large fine (over 243.5 million). However, neither money nor tire recycling has been achieved so far.

According to experts, the current claims of the Federal Tax Service may put an end to the plans of the authorities to dispose of the landfill near Nizhnevartovsk. Earlier, the tax authorities (MI Federal Tax Service No. 10 in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug) have already declared the insolvency of the UVC. In the spring of 2023, the amount of requirements for the organization amounted to about 1.8 million. But the debt was repaid. In July, the court dismissed the case.
