Makos Asia, a company specializing in the sale of spare parts for cars, on September 4, 2024, appealed to the Chelyabinsk Arbitration Court (AC CHO) with bankruptcy applications from AVK-Service (case no. A76-30720/2024) and Avtovilige (case No.A76-30725/2024). The applicant demands from the defendants 3,355,367.19 rubles and 13,276,047.29, respectively. The lawsuit against Avtovilige was accepted by the court for consideration on September 9.

In May 2024, AS CHO made a decision on the lawsuit initiated by Makos Asia against AVK-Service. In April and May 2022, the organization paid an advance payment in parts under a contract agreement related to the maintenance of loaders. However, the requirements of the agreement were violated. The firm was forced to seek justice in court (case no. A76-35618/2023), which satisfied the claim.

The Avtovilige company (INN 4501191240), registered in Kopeysk, also owed Makos Asia in connection with a violation of the terms of the contract for the supply of spare parts. The supplier transferred the goods for 703,966 rubles, completely failing to fulfill the terms of the transaction. Makos Asia demanded in court to repay the debt in the amount of 12,856,034 rubles, which the court considered unjustified enrichment (case no. A76-35620/2023). The defendant was also charged interest (about 331 thousand rubles).

In July 2024, Makos Asia managed to recover about 10 million rubles from Avtovilige (case no.A76-2253/2024). The main part of the amount was the debt for violation of the contract for the supply of pre-paid equipment.
Vyacheslav Makarov is the beneficiary and head of Makos Asia. In 2023, the company's revenue amounted to about 35 million rubles. Before that, it ranged from 145 million to 220 million annually. The reason for the appeal was violations of contractual obligations.

The AVK-Service company was established in 2014. In recent years, she has been working at a loss. Avtovilige's revenue in 2021 amounted to about 22 million rubles. Before that, it varied from 42 million to 84 million.

Both defendants are related to each other. The companies are managed by Andrey Kozlov. He is the sole owner of AVK-Service. He owns a 50% share of the company's capital in Avtovilige. His partner with a similar share is Vyacheslav Tyunin. If it comes to the introduction of bankruptcy procedures, experts say, information about business relationships and obligations within the holding will become known.
