THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE INITIATES THE BANKRUPTCY OF ANOTHER COMPANY OF THE CHELYABINSK DEPUTY
At the end of 2023, the tax authorities (MI FTS No. 32) appealed to the Chelyabinsk Region, demanding that Alfaregionproekt (ARP) be declared insolvent. The amount of the claimed claims is 1,158,295.99 rubles. The arbitration accepted the statement of claim for consideration on December 26 (case no. A76-40533/2023). A hearing on it is scheduled for January 31, 2024.
ARP LLC is one of the companies established by Oleg Ivanov, deputy of the Chelyabinsk City Duma. The company appeared in February 2015. At the same time, since 2016, the company has not generated income, and its financial balance is negative. At the same time, the owner of the organization continues to remain in the detention center.
Recall that Ivanov was detained by FSB officers at the end of 2022. Investigators believe that the deputy participated in tax fraud, engaged in illegal turnover of financial assets and deliberately bankrupted a third-party organization.
Initially, the deputy was sent under house arrest, but later ended up in jail. In May last year, Rusbankrot already wrote about the deliberate bankruptcy of the construction company Alfastroy, owned by Ivanov. On this charge, if proven in court, Ivanov may receive a 7-year criminal sentence.
In the autumn of 2023, it became known that the arbitration recognized Ivanov as bankrupt (case No. A76-22093/2023). The fiscal authorities recovered 825.6 million rubles from him through the court. The deputy's property must be sold by March 14, 2024. Oleg Rodin, representing the Self-Regulating Organization of Arbitration Managers of the Central Federal District, is engaged in financial asset management
In December, it became known that Ivanov's detention in jail would last until March 21, 2024. The corresponding decision was made by the Chelyabinsk Regional Court. His wife Tatyana Zavgorodnaya, a former deputy of the legislative assembly of the region, is also under house arrest. Her company Grandactive also turned out to be a defendant in the Federal Tax Service's bankruptcy claim (case A76-34715/2023).
