THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE INITIATES THE BANKRUPTCY OF A CHILDREN'S CAMP IN THE PERM REGION
On February 27, 2023, the tax authorities (MI FTS No. 21) appealed to arbitration with a claim for the insolvency of Ogonek-PM (LLC), located in the Perm Territory. The amount of the claim amounted to 492,817.44 rubles (case no.A50-4552/2024). However, for a month, Judge Elena Shemina left the statement of the fiscal authority without movement.

According to the court's ruling, the tax authorities violated the requirements of the legislation (the Agroindustrial Complex of the Russian Federation and the relevant law), which are mandatory for the consideration of the case. No evidence was presented indicating the grounds for the debt. Accounting and tax reports, information about the defendant's bank accounts and taxable objects, OGRN and INN were also not found.

The camp is located in the Maly Burtym tree of the Perm Region. It became infamous due to closure due to fire safety violations in August 2023. The administration of the health organization had to deal with the refund of funds from parents who purchased vouchers for the next season for their children.

At the end of last year, the situation was aggravated by a court decision that recovered over 180 thousand rubles from a children's camp in favor of a supplier of dairy products. The reason for this was the violation of the contract with the creamery, signed in April 2023. The amount of the principal debt amounted to 172,998 rubles. A penalty was added to it (11,590 rubles) and the cost of paying state duty (3,287 rubles).
