The son of a major businessman drives a winery in Novosibirsk region to bankruptcy
Entrepreneur Andrei Dremin (OGRNIP 308544506700021) filed a claim for the insolvency of a winery.  According to the court file, the company owed more than 1.95 million rubles (case No. A45-2623/2022).  However, the plaintiff did not provide the necessary evidence of the existence of obligations on the part of the enterprise.  Therefore, the court left the application without movement until March 4.

Andrei Dremin himself is the son of Nikolai Dremin, a well-known businessman in the city of Berdsk (a suburb of Novosibirsk).  In 2015, the businessman got on the media agenda due to searches that took place in connection with a criminal case.  The issue of fraud in the supply of building materials at the enterprise of the Federal State Reserve Agency (FGKU Combine ‘Gigant’) was considered.

The beneficiary of ‘Dionis’ winery (TIN 5406996462), which has a legal address in the very center of the Siberian capital (Lenin St. 3-237), is Ramiz Massimov.  Previously, he headed the Berdsk RCC and the ‘Siberian Communal Systems’. Both companies are controlled by the Dremin family.  Anastasia Dremina is considered to be the owner of the RCC, and the plaintiff's brother Alexander Dremin is the owner of the SCS Management Company.

It is known that RCC LLC in Berdsk was owned by Municipal Unitary Enterprise Combined Household Services (CHS) and Larisa Terepa (wife of Alexander Terepa, ex-mayor of Berdsk from 1997 to 2010) until 2017. CHS filed a bankruptcy lawsuit against Andrei Dremin at the end of 2019, pointing to a debt of 16.275 million. However, the case (No. A45-43764 / 2019) did not go to bankruptcy, as the applicant refused the claims in court.
The 'Dionis' winery, which ended 2020 with a loss of almost 2 million rubles, was also on the agenda last year.
The enterprise was ‘offended’ by Dmitry Sidorenko, a resident of the region, who complained to the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation.  According to Sidorenko, the company produced alcoholic beverages in Berdsk without the necessary permits.

The man wrote that the company is covered by the former head of the ICR in Berdsk Sergey Kopyrin in its illegal activities.  However, the supervisory authority that investigated the citizen's appeal did not find violations of the law.

The company tried to defend its reputation through the courts.  However, the arbitration rejected the claims, pointing out that the reputation of the alcohol producer could not had been damaged by Sidorenko's actions.  The citizen had a constitutional right that was not related to the results of the audit of the company conducted by the supervisory authorities.
