The oldest medical fund of St. Petersburg received a bankruptcy lawsuit
Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Federal Tax Service No. 16 in St. Petersburg applied to the arbitration court with a statement on the insolvency of the ‘Happy Child’ Children's Health Revival Fund
(CHRF). The lawsuit was filed on March 6, 2022, a few days before the moratorium on filing bankruptcy claims introduced by the tax authorities came into force.

The amount of claims is 529.2 thousand rubles (case No. A56-22127/2022).  The arbitration has not yet accepted the lawsuit for consideration.

The Foundation has existed in St. Petersburg since 1999 and is associated with the activities of its main structural unit - the center if A.N.  Sokolov.  The head of the organization is Alexey Sokolov.  The organization's stated goal was to diagnose and improve the physical and spiritual health of adults and children.
According to the court file, the Fund has not previously been involved in any litigation with the tax authorities.
But the representatives of the same inspection of the Federal Tax Service already tried to bankrupt the medical center that exists along with the fund at the end of March 2021 by filing a claim with arbitration.

However, bankruptcy did not take place then.  The arbitration court returned the application back, citing information that the medical center and its head did not have any property that could finance the trial.
