The court of St. Petersburg to consider lawsuit against Harry Potter

The case to the lawyer Igor Mirzoev, who changed his name the day before, becoming Harry Potter, was transferred to the district court of St. Petersburg.  Such a change is connected with his own lawsuit against Santa Claus and the words of Vladimir Putin - now the man intends to bear the name of a fairy-tale character and do good.

Last December, Rusbankrot wrote about the case of Igor Mirzoev against the main wizard of the country - Father Frost. The man's claim was that he did not receive gifts, although he wrote letters about this every year for a long time.

The applicant demanded ten million compensation for non-pecuniary damage, as well as the transfer of gifts, which he requested in his appeals.

At a press conference with Vladimir Putin, the president was asked about this case, he advised the plaintiff to think about his behavior, because Father Frost brings gifts only to good boys and girls. After that, Mirzoev decided to do good, for which, among other things, he changed his name.

As for the case, where he himself is the defendant, it is also over 10 million and concerns the abuse of civil law. Plaintiff Elnara Troitskaya demands monetary compensation for insulting faith in Father Frost, Info.24 reports.
