“Scooter Sharing Systems” company filed for bankruptcy
On April 9, a lawsuit, demanding to declare “Scooter Sharing Systems” LLC a bankrupt, was filed in the Moscow Arbitration Court. It is interesting that the plaintiff is not indicated, as well as the amount of claims.
The respondent is a scooter rental service, a promising project in which SME Bank, VEB.RF and many others have invested. The organization was registered in 2015 in Skolkovo and is listed as a microenterprise on a simplified taxation system. “Scooter Sharing Systems” are engaged in the development of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly transport in Russia and abroad.
There are only two claims against the company (except for the current one) in the file cabinet of the arbitration court - in August 2019 IE Sergey Moruga claimed a debt of 3.3 million rubles, and the claim was partially satisfied. In March 2020, the “Premier Laser” company demanded to repay a debt of 182 thousand rubles. This case is still under consideration.
The current lawsuit has not yet been adopted for production, and the details are not disclosed.
