A few days ago, Sberbank applied to the Novosibirsk arbitration court with an application for insolvency. The defendant in the lawsuit, Vega Brewery, owed the bank almost 52.3 million rubles. The lawsuit has not yet been considered in court.
The basis for the bankruptcy of a once successful enterprise was the pledge agreements concluded with a credit institution in 2021. The company mortgaged the property and equipment, but, apparently, did not have time to pay off the bank.
According to data from open sources, the brewery ended 2020 with a profit of 2.1 million rubles. The authorized capital of the organization, which is owned by entrepreneur Viktor Shorikov, is 3.556 million, according to RBC. The entrepreneur is the owner of the Siberian companies "Rybodelov" and "Beer Shop".
In addition to Shorikov, Sberbank plans to recover debts from several other entrepreneurs through the bankruptcy procedure. The bank also sent applications for their insolvency to the court. Sberbank has made similar demands to Ekaterina Urusova and several other businessmen, local media say.
In early March, Sberbank notified the public of its plans to start bankruptcy of other companies, the beneficiary of which is Shorikov. Prior to that, the arbitration received an application for the recovery of more than 3.2 million rubles from the "Beer Shop" and the company "Fishmongers". The basis is a violation of the obligations of firms to the bank.
It is known that the activities of the Vega Brewery are led by Anton Uryumtsev. He also owns 1.1% of the authorized capital of the Beer Shop.
