A resident of Kurgan published a post with extremist appeals on social networks. In addition to the extermination of the Jews, the man called for the violent overthrow of the government of the Russian Federation.
This was reported by the press service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Kurgan region, reports TASS. As a result, by the decision of the Central District Military Court of Yekaterinburg, the 52-year-old defendant received a fine of 300 thousand rubles. Extremist appeals were posted on VKontakte.
The man was found guilty under part 2 of article 280 and part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - public calls for extremism on the Internet.
The defendant himself fully admitted his guilt, the verdict has already entered into force. It is reported that the offender is an unemployed pensioner.
