NVK-BANK DECLARED BANKRUPTCY OF THE SARATOV LEADER DUE TO 630 MILLION
ON August 31, the arbitration of the Saratov Region received an application from the Nizhnevolzhsky Commercial Bank (NVK-Bank) demanding that the Leader firm be declared bankrupt (case no. A57-22908/2023). The amount of the claimed claims is 629,609,355.93 rubles. The claim itself has not yet been accepted by the court for consideration.

It is known that the specialization of the "Leader" was the wholesale of auto parts. In 2020, the company has already become a defendant in the bankruptcy case (No. A57-719/2020). Then Uraltechmarket JSC took the initiative to declare the company insolvent.

On August 18, 2020, Leader was declared bankrupt. The total debt of the organization to creditors amounted to 5,208,258.31 rubles. However, it was not possible to repay the company's debt obligations in the framework of bankruptcy proceedings. The inventory of the company's assets showed that the Leader owned only 8 units of office equipment, whose market value was estimated at 6,566.7 rubles (balance – 98 thousand).

The company also had accounts receivable from the construction company "SOFIT" in the amount of more than 405 million. In October 2020, the bankruptcy trustee managed to obtain a court verdict on the recovery of this amount (case no. A40-93517/2020). However, it was not possible to get the funds themselves. The Investigative Committee "SOFFIT" was excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities due to the unreliability of information about the organization.

As a result, the Bankruptcy Trustee filed a motion to terminate the proceedings due to the lack of a source of financing for court costs. In May 2021, the Saratov arbitration granted the petition. The powers of the former management were restored, and the bankruptcy case was terminated. What the statement of the Nizhnevolzhsky Commercial Bank will turn out this time is not yet clear, since the essence of the lawsuit has not yet been disclosed.

Nizhnevolzhsky Commercial Bank itself lost its banking license back in January 2020. Subsequently, the credit institution was declared insolvent. A case of major fraud was opened against 14 employees of the bank, including its chairman Vladimir Kravtsev. The case materials (117 volumes) were sent to the court. But in November 2022, the court returned them to the prosecutor's office. The basis was the violated rights of the accused Pavel Kashev, whose lawyer provided legal assistance to the prosecution witness.
