IRBIT DAIRY PLANT INITIATED BANKRUPTCY OF EX-PARTNER
On July 15, 2024, the Irbit Dairy Plant appealed to the arbitration of the Sverdlovsk region. The company demanded to declare bankrupt the Uralagrotechnika-Two company, with which it had carried out long-term cooperation in the past. The amount of claims in the claim (case no. A60-37827/2024) amounted to 28,107,051.67 rubles. It is known that on July 22, the court accepted the claim for consideration.
The Ural company is owned by Alexander Rogozin. The company has been a partner of the dairy plant for a long time, which was headed by Sergey Suetin from 2012 to 2022. The organization is concluding contracts for the transportation of the company's products. The contract signed in 2016 was completed in 2020. The transaction amount is 338 million.
At the auctions held in 2020, the Ural company won again, being their only participant. But in 2023, the dairy plant changed its shareholder. The authorities of the Sverdlovsk region decided to get rid of 49% of the company's shares by putting them up for auction. As a result, the capital's Smartproject company became their new owner.
The management team at the dairy company has changed. The new managers, apparently, engaged in checking the economic activities of the previous management. The result of such activity was the claim of the plant against the Uralagrotechnika-Two company, which the plaintiff managed to win. The arbitration recovered 26.8 million from the defendant.
The reporting data indicate that the company has financial problems. The organization's revenue in 2023 decreased from 133 million to 70 thousand. The company showed a profit of 32 thousand rubles.
In March 2024, the tax authorities (MI FTS No. 32) filed a claim for the insolvency of the Ural company. The amount of claims amounted to 18,160,891.52 rubles (No. A60-11539/2024). But in May, the trial was stopped. It turned out that the debtor company has no assets at the expense of which it could cover court costs.
