IN THE TULA REGION, THE TAX AUTHORITIES WILL BANKRUPT THE CENTRAL DISPATCH SERVICE
The tax inspectorate filed a claim for bankruptcy of the central dispatch service (JSC "CDS TO") with the Tula arbitration court. The amount of the debt is not reported in the court file. The application of the Federal Tax Service was submitted to the court on January 29, 2024 (case A68-871/2024). It has not yet been accepted by the court for consideration.
CDT TO was established in 2011. The initiators of its creation were two companies operating in the regional road transport market. CDT TO specializes in information services and digital data analysis. Andrey Grechishkin is in charge of the activities of CDU TO. In 2022, the company's revenue amounted to 14 million. According to open source data, the company has been in liquidation since September 26, 2023.
In July 2014, the organization assumed the responsibilities of the Regional Navigation and Information Center (RNIC). The company is responsible for transmitting telematics data on the operation of vehicles on which GLONASS/GPS satellite navigation systems are installed.
In 2015, the company controlled over 1.5 thousand units of passenger and other transport operating in more than 500 directions. Until recently, about 10 thousand flights were made by cars every day.
