The application for bankruptcy of Lefkadia Invest was filed with the arbitration court on January 17, 2022. ‘Voronezh’ bank is the initiator of the bankruptcy, according to the data of the court file.  The amount of claims is still unknown, as there is no decision on the case (No. A40-5314/2022).

It is known that the main activity of Lefkadia Invest is transactions with its own real estate.  The company has been a micro-enterprise since 2016.  According to data from open sources, the company suffered losses in the amount of 99 thousand rubles in 2020.
At the same time, the income has practically disappeared, amounting to 37 thousand rubles.
Since 2012, the enterprise has been headed by Leonid Krasovsky.  The sole founder of the company is Novokrymskoe LLC, which is 99.99% owned by Greenhole.  The company, in turn, belongs to Mikhail Nikolaev, who in 1992 returned to Russia from Belgium, where he started his business.

In the 1990s, Nikolaev headed the board of Unibest JSCB. He is also known as the founder of Rosprombank and the Nasta insurance group, which were subsequently successfully sold.

 In 2008, a company from Switzerland became the owner of Nasta, having paid $463 million for the business. The entrepreneur also managed to sell a controlling stake in Rosprombank a few days before the collapse of Lehman Brothers, gaining ˆ85 million. According to the latest Forbes estimates, his fortune is about $600 million  .
Voronezh bank, which initiated the bankruptcy, was deprived of its license in June 2018.
Since then, the credit institution has featured in a criminal case on embezzlement of 4 billion rubles, initiated in October 2018.

Later, the DIA corporation discovered a shortage of almost 1 billion rubles in the bank.  In May 2021, it became known about the fraud that the bank's management carried out with the ‘blue chips’.  As a result, in June 2021, claims for 6.54 billion rubles against the former managers of the bank were filed by the DIA.
