A TROUBLED DEVELOPER FROM YEKATERINBURG WANTS TO BECOME BANKRUPT
Specialized developer Sakharova 85 (TIN 6670488962) filed for bankruptcy in the Sverdlovsk region at the end of October (case no. A60-62866/2024). As part of a civil case being considered in one of the district courts of Yekaterinburg (No. 2-1512/2024), money and property of a Specialized developer were seized. However, the developer has made deals on the alienation of several apartments in an apartment building.
The plaintiff demanded that the court invalidate the sale of several apartments. But on October 17, 2024, the arbitration refused the credit institution the stated requirements. The Court pointed out that the fact of a disputed transaction after the adoption of security measures in itself is not yet a reason to declare the transaction void.
