A PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY INITIATED ITS BANKRUPTCY DUE TO A DEBT OF 30 MILLION
On November 9, 2023, the Perm Arbitration Court (Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory) was contacted by the private security company Borey with a statement of its own insolvency (case no. A50-27795/2023). The amount of the claim is 30 million rubles. The court left the claim without motion, extending the deadline for the elimination of comments until January 25, 2024. The reason for this was the lack of evidence that the plaintiff had paid the state fee.
To date, the arbitration has already received several petitions to enter into bankruptcy proceedings. On December 15, ICM LLC filed a corresponding application. Previously, the company acted as the legal successor of Alfa-Trade, which was in litigation with the private security company Borey (case no.A50-6957/2022).
Another application for entry into the bankruptcy process of a private security organization was submitted by a former employee of this organization, Svetlana Badrutdinova. She went to court on November 15, 2023, pointing out that the private security company Borey had a salary debt of 420 thousand rubles.
The plaintiff indicated that the organization had not paid the debt for seven months (from January 10 to July 10, 2023), confirmed by a court order dated October 2, 2023 (No. 2-3380/8-2023). In total, according to bailiffs, a private security organization owed individuals about 12 million rubles.
The owner of the private security company "Borey", according to official information, is Andrey Nikonchuk. The company has been operating in Perm since May 2016. The organization was engaged in concluding contracts for the provision of security services, having received a profit of 27 million rubles in 2022. The company's revenue last year amounted to 71 million. The cost of work of one employee of a private security organization, according to the company's website, is more than 350 rubles per hour.
According to regional publications, in 2023 the company signed three government contracts with the Perm directorate for the organization of cultural events. Their amount is estimated at 7.9 million rubles. The company provided security services during the celebrations of the Wings of Parma festival and various memorable dates.
