A LARGE BREAD PRODUCER WAS SUED FOR 6 MILLION
From the largest producer of bakery and confectionery products in the Perm Region, JSC "Pokrovsky Bread", more than 6 million rubles are required. The claim to the local arbitration court was filed by LLC "New Urban Infrastructure of the Kama region".
The plaintiff provides maintenance of Perm water supply and sanitation systems. The "New Urban Infrastructure of the Kama region" has a local water utility leased for 49 years.
As part of the joint-stock company "Pokrovsky bread" there are three factories. Last year, the company's profit increased by more than 100 million.
The reasons for the multimillion-dollar lawsuit are currently unknown. The preliminary meeting of the arbitration court is scheduled for August 7.
