A claim on the bankruptcy of the "Adidas" subsidiary was filed in the court
The Arbitration Court of Moscow received a claim from “Rotonda-99” LLC, demanding to recognize the bankruptcy of LLC “Adidas”. The amount of claims is not disclosed.
The defendant is a Russian subsidiary of Adidas. When it comes to “Rotonda-99” company, it is known that the organization manufactured equipment for Adidas. In May 2018, “Rotonda-99” already filed a claim against Adidas, demanding to collect a debt for the manufacture of the “Portal Adidas Homecourt” equipment at the “Titan Arena” shopping center in Arkhangelsk (1.3 million rubles + interest) and “Portal Adidas University” in the Moscow “Aviapark” center (2.3 million rubles + interest). The court fully granted the claim.
It is known that the debt was collected in 2019, but apparently, some unresolved issues reappeared between"Rotunda-99" and "Adidas" companies. The bankruptcy petition has not been accepted for production yet.
