Part of the insurance premium for early loan repayment will be returned to the borrowers under the new rules. At the same time, the obligatory conditions for the return are the absence of an insured event under the policy, as well as the borrower's application to refuse from the insurance within a week after the loan is repaid.

Free hot meals should be provided for the primary school students from the beginning of the academic year. The project will be financed from the federal, regional and local budgets.

Teachers with class supervision will start receiving an additional payment of 5,000 rubles to their monthly salary.

The funds for this have already been allocated by the Government of Russia from the federal budget.

Schoolchildren and students will be entitled to a 50% discount on the suburban trains in Moscow and the Moscow Region. Moreover, a register of citizens entitled to preferential receipt of medicines, as well as the medical devices and specialized health food products will be launched in Russia in September.
