THE GRAIN COMPLEX OF A BANKRUPT COMPANY FROM ADYGEA WAS BOUGHT FOR 81 MILLION
The grain processing complex, located on the territory of the Giaginsky district of Adygea, was acquired by the Siberian Feed Company (Novosibirsk). The asset previously belonged to Osher, which was declared insolvent. As a result, the property was sold through public auction for 81 million rubles.

The bankruptcy trustee Alexey Dudnikov, representing the Association Moscow Self-regulatory Organization of Professional Arbitration Managers, published information about the results of the auction on the Fedresurs portal. It is reported that the lot included a land plot (85.3 thousand square meters), more than two dozen buildings, several wells and more than 100 units of various equipment.

The Krasnodar company Osher appeared in 2010. The owner of the organization was Sergey Gestovsky. The company was engaged in the production of unrefined sunflower oil. In 2018, it was expected that a soybean processing plant would be built on the territory of Adygea. The volume of the proposed investments was estimated at 1.4 billion. This could provide jobs for about 150 people.

However, the firm ended 2019 with a net loss of 35 million, receiving only 1.2 million in revenue. Before that, revenue was about 1 billion. At the same time, the amount of debt owed to creditors amounted to 66.5 million.

The organization was granted bankruptcy status in July 2020 (case no.A32-7987/2019). The decision was made by the Krasnodar arbitration court. The company was part of the Region holding, which was the largest producer of vegetable oils in the southern regions of the Russian Federation. The group of companies also included Kuban Elevator, Slavris, Alex Trading House and other organizations.

The initiator of the bankruptcy was the Skif-Expo company, whose claims to the legal entities of the Region Group of Companies amounted to 2.9 billion rubles. The basis was loans received from CB RosinterBank. Since the firms were guarantors for the obligations of the agro-association "Region", they were transferred to bankruptcy proceedings.
