THE EX-HEAD OF AVA-TRADE WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE BANKRUPT STATUS
Leonid Agapov, who headed the Voronezh aluminum plant, does not give up trying to protest the court's decision on his bankruptcy. The ex-head of AVA-Trade decided to appeal to the cassation (Arbitration Court of the Central District) with a complaint.
In October 2023, the judicial instance (the 19th Nineteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal) had already considered his petition in the case (No. A14-23573/2022). On August 10, 2023, the Voronezh Arbitration Court declared it insolvent, and the appeal supported the decision of the first instance.
