The court approved a settlement between Lefkadia Wines and the ex-owner
On August 7, 2024, the Kuban Arbitration Court (AS CC) legalized the settlement agreement concluded by Lefkadia Wines with the ex-owner of the company Mikhail Nikolaev. The organization undertook to repay the obligation for 785 million rubles within 30 days (case no. A32-1862/2014).

According to the approved document, the organization must receive funding from its founder, the Sauk–Dere Terroirs company. RBC names Alexey Sidyukov, who is the co-founder of the KrasnodarZernoProdukt group of companies, as its beneficiary. At the same time, the claims of several creditors of the company in the amount of 258 million rubles have yet to be considered.

Previously, the company was called AF "Sauk Dere". The organization is located in the Crimean region of Kuban. It has been producing alcohol since 1939. Production facilities allow to produce about 3 million bottles of wine annually. The company also owns a wine storage facility.

In 2015, the company became the structure of a holding company managed by Nikolaev. The plant's debt to the RSHB reached 734 million rubles. The company declared its insolvency. But in 2016, the parties reconciled, and the case was dismissed. In September 2022, the appeal (15th AAC) terminated the transaction, resuming the insolvency case.

In the autumn of 2023, the assets of Vin Lefkadia were transferred to the Sauk-Dere Terroirs company. Business owner Alexey Sidyukov, who also owns the Myshako winery near Novorossiysk, stated that he plans to invest over 3 billion in the business.

The ex-owner of "Lefkadia Wines" Nikolaev, according to the terms of the transaction, must receive the entire amount of debt from the founder. The interim manager tried to object to the approval of the transaction in court. He referred to the fact that there was no economic justification attached to the document. But the arbitration court did not listen to his claims.

The regional Ministry of Economy and the Service Project company also opposed the completion of the bankruptcy of the company. The company owed them 2 million and 256 million rubles, respectively. But the arbitration did not consider these arguments, postponing them for a later date. Both creditors have the right to present their financial claims to the defendant in the usual manner.
