The other day, the auction for the sale of the property of the Novgorod Deka plant was won by the Gift company. The price offered at the auction by the Penza company (815 million rubles) turned out to be the best offer. The auction was held on the electronic platform of Sberbank.
The message published on the Fedresurs portal indicates the full list of property sold in a single lot. The organizer of the repeated bidding was Maxim Lagoda, the bankruptcy trustee of the Deka company. He represents the Self-Regulating Organization of Arbitration Managers «Strategy".
Earlier, Rusbankrot has already reported on numerous attempts to sell Deka assets. However, the company that launched the production of the famous kvass did not interest investors. As a result, the initial price was reduced from 1.4 billion in 2022 to 810.5 million in May 2024.
In March 2024, it was reported that Afanasy Holding from Tver would produce Nikola. The organization announced last fall that it would continue to produce this brand of kvass. The license was obtained from the Kvasiko company, to which the rights to the brand had previously been transferred.
