THE AIRLINE FROM TATARSTAN HAS FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY
The airline Tulpar Air, which has registration at the airport of the Laishevsky district of Tatarstan, applied to the arbitration of the republic with an application for insolvency. The airline faced serious financial difficulties, which led to the decision to file a lawsuit.

On January 21 of this year, Rusbankrot already announced the company's plans to initiate bankruptcy proceedings. This became known after the relevant information was posted on the "Fedresource". The airline indicated that its creditors are 65 legal entities and individuals.

The organization reported that its debt to creditors reached 588 million rubles. As a result, the lawsuit went to court on February 7, 2025 (case no.A65-3743/2025).

In 2023, the aviation company achieved revenue of 2.2 billion. The profit earned that year was 218 million. But financial problems, including litigation with the organization's ex-founder, Azat Hakim, led Tulpar Air to bankruptcy. Anton Sidorkin currently holds the post of CEO of the airline. Experts estimate the company's assets at 760 million rubles.

The airline's bankruptcy is partly related to the litigation that the organization conducted with its founder. On December 3, 2024, the Tatarstan arbitration court upheld Hakim's claims for payment of his share. The organization was ordered to pay 871 million to the former founder.

Before that, Hakim had sued the company for another 419 million. The court added another 452 million and 61 million in interest to this amount. Azat Hakim himself resigned from the founders in the spring of 2023. However, he still remains one of the key defendants in the proceedings.
