THE KUBAN DEVELOPER WENT BANKRUPT
In the Kuban, another developer went bankrupt. The Anapa Project company, which was engaged in the construction of the Park residential complex, was declared insolvent. The corresponding court decision of February 27, 2023 was published in the court file.

The court appointed Dmitry Denisenko as the bankruptcy trustee. The next hearing on the case (no. A32-28195/2016) is scheduled for July 17, Kommersant reports.

The organization was established in 2012 for the construction of the residential complex "Park". The construction of two high-rise buildings overlooking the Black Sea was designed for the period from 2013 to 2016. An area of 8.9 thousand square meters was prepared for this purpose.

However, the buildings were never completed. The construction of one object has stalled at a height of 2 floors. The height of the second was 18 floors. As a result, more than 240 shareholders did not receive their 390 apartments.

In August 2016, an individual filed for bankruptcy in arbitration. At the end of January 2017, the organization was taken under surveillance. The court approved Mikhail Kravchenko as a temporary manager.

In July of the same year, the company was declared insolvent, starting bankruptcy proceedings. The procedure lasted a year, after which it was decided to introduce external management in the company for a period of one and a half years. Debts to creditors by 2021 amounted to 72.4 million rubles.

After the change of several managers, in April 2022, the company was again declared insolvent at the request of the fund protecting the rights of shareholders. The bankruptcy proceedings were entrusted to Dmitry Denisenko. However, this arbitration decision was contested. The external control was extended again. As a result, only on February 27, 2023, the court again declared the organization bankrupt.

It is known that in October last year, the Kuban arbitration satisfied the application submitted by the Kapvysotstroy Joint Venture. The organization expressed its intention to acquire the rights of the developer.
