"SPETSSTROY" BECAME BANKRUPT INTENTIONALLY
The statement of the temporary manager of the Surgut company "Spetsstroy" Dmitry Panko was received for consideration by law enforcement agencies. In it, he reports that the bankruptcy of the company could have been intentional. The corresponding signs were found in the acts of the ex-heads of the organization. Information about this was also published on the portal "Fedresurs".

Supervision (bankruptcy procedure) in the company "Spetsstroy" was introduced by the Arbitration court of the KhMAO in October 2022. The creditors' meeting decided on the expediency of declaring the company bankrupt and transferring the company to bankruptcy proceedings.

Creditors are waiting for a report from the interim manager so that they can attract persons who controlled the company's activities (CDL) to the subsidiary. Also, creditors intend to demand compensation from them for losses incurred by the company in the course of work. Information about signs of premeditation is a chance for former managers to also fall under criminal liability provided for by several articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Articles 159, 195 and 196).

The company, stationed in Surgut, sold timber. The company's specialization also included materials for construction and plumbing equipment. Spetsstroy is a former contractor of Gazprom Pererabotka and Severavtodor Group of Companies.

The beneficiaries of the company, according to local media, are Alexander Ushakov and Agamurad Isinov. It was Isinov who was the director of the company since 2013.
