KUBAN ELITE OIL HAS COMPLETED BANKRUPTCY
The bankruptcy process of an unrefined oil producer has ended in Kuban. The Kuban company Elite-Oil (TIN 2351011037), against which an insolvency case was initiated in 2016 (No. A32-17810/2016), has completed bankruptcy proceedings. The message about this on the Fedresurs portal was published by its manager Dmitry Zakaryan, representing the Association of the Interregional Self-regulatory Organization of arbitration Managers "Assistance".

The owner of the company, established in 2005, was Svetlana Prasolova. The organization was considered one of the largest among the companies producing unrefined vegetable oils in the Kuban. The bankruptcy of the Kuban company in May 2016 was initiated by Deputy Director Andrey Belogurov.

By this time, the company's debt obligations had reached 6.8 billion rubles. The largest (3.6 billion) were debts of Elite Oil to contractors (suppliers and contractors). The organization owed another 3 billion to banks. The company has not repaid debts to employees to whom the company has not paid 563 thousand salaries. Claims in the amount of 121 thousand were filed against the company by the tax authorities.

On July 19, 2016, the arbitration court decided to bankrupt the organization under a simplified procedure. It turned out that since May 25, the company has entered the liquidation stage. At the same time, the company did not have the funds to satisfy the plaintiff's salary requirements (in the amount of 350 thousand).

In 2017, the organization's equipment was leased to the Kuban Oils Company, which was one of the creditors. KOO put the property up for auction several times, but it was not easy to sell it. In August 2017, Taman Port Company, which had secured the complex, decided to keep it for itself. The value of the property was estimated at 3.05 billion.

In the summer of 2018, KU announced that a deal had been concluded with Taman Port Company. The company's property was purchased by the creditor at a price that was 37 times less than the previously estimated assets of the enterprise. The lot, which was put up for auction for 557.1 million, was sold for only 15 million. It includes real estate (warehouses, buildings), land lease rights, transport, equipment and other property.
