Andrey Radko, who was approved in December 2022 for the role of financial manager in the bankruptcy case of entrepreneur Anatoly Matalyga, turned out to be a person involved in a criminal case. The investigation against him was launched on September 6, 2024 on charges of fraud (Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The basis for the process was the money withdrawn from Matalyga's bank account.

According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, according to investigators, Radko withdrew 664,380 rubles from his Gazprombank account. At the same time, this amount did not appear in the reports that the financial manager provided to creditors. He continued to use the money for about a year, until the bankrupt discovered the loss of funds. After that, Matalyga turned to law enforcement agencies.

According to the data that Radko published on Fedresource, in 2023 he managed to successfully sell his ward's real estate in Bulgaria. A share of the premises in the building and an underground garage with an area of 713,990 square meters were put up for auction. meters in the city of Sveti Vlas. This lot was purchased for 333,333 thousand by a resident of Novosibirsk, Yuri Nauman. At the same time, the manager failed to sell another lot – a 100% stake in the Bulgarian Trading House 2011 company.

The Matalyga family, having learned from one of the creditors about the sale of foreign real estate, at the same time found out that one of the apartments (more than 100 sq. m. meters) was sold for 4 million rubles, and another (about 65 square meters) for 2 million. Prior to that, appraisers estimated the value of both at 18 million and 11 million, respectively. As reported by precedent.tv The proceeds from the sale of the asset did not suit Matalyga. The bankrupt entrepreneur appealed to the court, considering the transaction price to be undervalued.

Anatoly Matalyga is now challenging in court the sale of his assets at an undervalued price. Moreover, Radko could no longer sign it properly, since he was disqualified by that time. The reason for this was another bankruptcy process, which Radko supervised on the territory of Kuzbass.

The decision of the arbitration on disqualification was made on August 1, 2023. It entered into force on October 3, which is confirmed by the decision of the appeal (Seventh Arbitration Court of Appeal). Radko signed the deal on October 11.

It is known that on September 26, 2024, an investigation began into another criminal case in which Matalyga turned out to be the victim of a crime. The entrepreneur suffered damage of 23 million rubles from the sale of low-priced real estate in Bulgaria. So far, the case is about an unidentified person.
