We should remind that such a measure was introduced by the government on April 4 in order to prevent a wave of bankruptcies due to the looming crisis and financial problems of the business.

It is known that more than a million organizations and individual entrepreneurs are included in the list. The strategic and so-called backbone enterprises were the first to be included in it. There are large companies that play an important role in life of a region or the number of regions.

In addition to them, there are enterprises from the areas, most affected by the coronavirus pandemic: air transportation, hotel business, companies providing travel services, as well as domestic and catering services, enterprises, engaged in physical education and sports, and companies that organize public events.

Now the courts are obliged to return the application for declaring the bankruptcy of debtor in case it was filed against the company from the list of the Federal Tax Service after April 4. The court would also return the application if it was filed before April 4, but was not accepted for production before this date.
