BELEVSKY SWEETS WANTS TO CONCLUDE A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE
A well-known company from Tula, Belevsky Sweets, continues to participate in the insolvency case. Details of the bankruptcy initiated by the tax authorities in the fall of 2023 are presented in the file of arbitration courts. The amount of the organization's debt to the tax authorities is 18,929,817.15 rubles.

A few days ago it became known that the court postponed consideration of the validity of the bankruptcy claim until March 21. The basis was the petition of the defendant, who announced his intention to enter into a settlement agreement with the Federal Tax Service (FTS). Due to the judge's vacation and the inexpediency of transferring the case to another judge, the trial was postponed for a period exceeding a month.

In September 2023, Rusbankrot already dealt with the bankruptcy case of Belevsky Sweets (No. A68-11125/2023). The company, which has become a popular brand among Russians in the confectionery market, found itself in a difficult financial situation. At first, the tax authorities tried to initiate its bankruptcy.

In November, the SFT Packaging company filed a lawsuit against Belevsky Sweets in court (case no. A68-14473/2023). The amount of the claims is 726,507.1 rubles. At the end of December, the claim was accepted for consideration in a simplified manner.

The main beneficiary of the Tula company is entrepreneur Sahak Sahakyan. In 2022, the company's revenue exceeded 222 million rubles. The company itself was established in 2011. The material base for the production of the popular pastille was the PC "Belevsky sweets", which ceased to exist in 2022.
