A large set of the business support measures was announced in Moscow

Now the companies of Moscow are experiencing the biggest pressure, since the most stringent and unprecedented measures have been introduced precisely in the capital. Mentioning this fact, the mayor of the city signed a new resolution, which provides an additional set of measures to support the entrepreneurs.

First of all, it is important to say about the banking support of SMEs. Moscow will subsidize the loans that have already been taken up to 6% per annum, as well as up to 8% for the new so-called "stabilization" loans. They can be obtained during the crisis to finance the current activities, including payment of salaries.

Any SME entity can take an advantage of favorable credit conditions without reference to the type of the economic activity - the only criterion is the implementation of its activities on the territory of Moscow.

In addition, several hundred organizations will receive a deferral on the advance payments, it is a matter of taxing property and land – the payments will be postponed to the end of the calendar year. The sanatoriums and the rest houses, companies that hold conferences and exhibitions, provide the films distribution activities, as well as organizations, involved in the provision of additional education services have a right to use this privilege. 

Slightly less than 1.5 thousand hotels will receive support in the form of the benefits for their lessors, here are the following conditions: the lessor reduces the rental rate for hotels to 50% and the city provides him with compensation in terms of taxation of property and land for the II quarter of this year.

The tax breaks did not bypass the owners of premises that use real estate to conduct business in a number of areas.

More than 2.5 thousand companies from the sectors of trade, consumer services, hotel business and catering will receive tax support in the form of 50% compensation for taxation of property and land for the II quarter of this year.

Moscow will also support the entrepreneurs who previously concluded agreements on the redemption of urban real estate, such as, according to the mayor, about 3.3 thousand. They will be granted a deferral on the payments until the end of this year.

Sergei Sobyanin promised to continue support the business, being in dialogue with its representatives, but outlined a priority area - the preservation and maintenance of jobs.
