THE SUPREME COURT PROPOSED TO ALLOW THE DEFENDANTS TO LEAVE FOR A SPECIAL MILITARY OPERATION
The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation proposed to make it possible to suspend the criminal case of participants in a Special Military Operation at the trial stage. Recall that now it is possible to do this exclusively at the investigation stage.
The relevant draft law was announced at the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. According to TASS, the bill is planned to be submitted to the State Duma.
