Russian legislation is constantly being improved - today we will tell you about several interesting bills that can change the usual order of things. Changes may affect, in particular, the sphere of finance, lawmaking and cinematography.

The government of the Russian Federation has published a decree, which establishes the procedure for approving the official and special government representatives in both chambers of parliament.

Their task will be to represent and protect the interests of the Government of the Russian Federation when considering issues that are related to the amendments to the Constitution and the amendments to the Federal Laws. In this case, an official representative will be appointed in the situation of considering a draft law that was proposed by the government, and a special one - when considering a draft law initiated by another subject of the right of legislative initiative.

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has come up with an initiative to change the existing procedure for appointing candidates for the position of head of the financial body of the municipality.

It was proposed to carry out a procedure for checking the compliance of the candidate with the stated requirements with the participation of the financial body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. In this case, the order of its activities will be determined by the law of the relevant entity. The innovation is aimed at the development of the mechanism for the participation of state authorities in the formation of the composition of local self-government bodies. At the moment, the bill is being considered by the State Duma.

The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation has proposed to support debut, documentary and popular science films of Russian cinema.

The measure will consist of amending the Federal Law ‘On the State Support of Cinematography in the Russian Federation’. It is assumed that the innovation will affect the debut works of directors-graduates of the state universities within five years from the moment they received their diploma, documentary and popular science films, as well as the others in exceptional situations, taking into account the artistic and cultural significance of the film project. Funding is expected to be 100%. Initially, this idea was voiced by Vladimir Putin, who made it public after a meeting with representatives of the film industry.
