VORONEZH "RUDGORMASH" DECLARED BANKRUPTCY
The company is the only enterprise in the country specializing in the development, design, production and sale of mining equipment.

The manufacturer of mining equipment from Voronezh "Rudgormash" appealed to arbitration with a statement of its insolvency. The details of the case have not yet been disclosed, and the lawsuit itself has not yet been considered by the court. At the same time, this bankruptcy application of the Criminal Code "Rudgormash" ("RGM") is far from the first in the judicial file.

In February, Kev-Rus applied to arbitration with a similar claim. The reason for the appeal was a debt in the amount of more than 1 million rubles, according to local media. Then it did not come to bankruptcy, because the defendant hastened to repay the debt voluntarily, without waiting for a court decision.

Recently, bankruptcy lawsuits have noticeably increased. Several companies from different regions addressed claims to RGM at once, demanding that the Voronezh company be declared insolvent. Among them are the capital company "Bosch Rexroth", the company "Rakurs" from Lipetsk, as well as the company "Olta".

RGM posted information about its intentions to start the bankruptcy process on September 15, 2022. Among the creditors whose debts the company cannot repay, then the tax authorities, Quadra, Weber Comechanics and United Industrial Company ("OPK") were indicated.

According to the published data, earlier the arbitration court recovered 42.27 million rubles from RGM on the claim of the Defense Industry. In a lawsuit with Weber Comechanics, the firm lost $15.9 thousand and 314.84 thousand rubles. The company "Quadra" company turned out to owe more than 15.8 million for hot water supply.

Scandals around RGM in 2022 also affected the company's staff. The company has repeatedly delayed the payment of salaries to employees. In April, the labor collective received about 10 million rubles of salary debt. This happened after the labor inspectorate intervened in the conflict. In early September, the company had to pay another 30 million rubles of debt to the team. This time the situation was controlled by bailiffs.

It is known that the Management Company "RGM" is part of a group of enterprises, the main beneficiary of which sources call Anatoly Chekmenev. Now two legal entities (LLC "RGM-kit" and CJSC "UMMC-Rudgormash") of the holding are already in bankruptcy.

Officially, the owner of RGM is Elena Chekmeneva. According to information from open sources, in 2020 the company received revenue of 1.6 billion rubles, ending the year with a profit of more than 1 million rubles. In 2021, revenue decreased to 1.5 billion, and losses amounted to 168 million.
