On October 1, 2024, the Kuban Arbitration Court ruled on the bankruptcy of the Pervomaisky winery (case No. A32-39779/2020). By her verdict, judge Veronika Alferovskaya ordered the head of the company Valery Vardoev to transfer the documentation to the bankruptcy trustee Vyacheslav Kolbasov. The Director's powers have been terminated.
The company is located in the village of Yurovka (Anapa district). It has been operating in the Krasnodar Territory since 2008. According to data from open sources, the main beneficiaries of the enterprise with shares of 50% each were Valery Vardoev and Aslanbek Zoloev. The main specialization of the company was the production of wine.
According to the company's website, the site, built in 2012, allows for the production of about 800 thousand tons of products annually. The company also has soda bottling lines, which allows to produce up to 450 thousand liters of drink per year.
In 2015 and 2016, the winery's profit amounted to 1.2 million and 27.5 million rubles, respectively. The company's revenue in those years also grew from 44.3 million in 2015 to 167.2 million in 2016. However, already in 2021, the company received about 2.7 million losses with revenue of 5.1 million rubles. In 2022, the loss amounted to 572 thousand.
For the first time, they tried to initiate bankruptcy of the Pervomaisky winery back in 2018 (case No. A32-15792/2018). Then the process was terminated due to a request for the return of the application from the plaintiff. However, a few years later, the financial company Sodruzhestvo applied for bankruptcy of the winery. Production on it was stopped in December 2021, but by that time Southern Agrarian had already joined the business (TIN 6118001673).
On January 11, 2023, the arbitration recognized the claim as justified. The winery was placed under surveillance. The court approved Vyacheslav Kolbasov's candidacy for the role of interim manager. The amount of the company's debt to creditors amounted to about 57.5 million rubles. Currently, creditors' claims, according to official data, include liabilities in the amount of 43.3 million.
