The bankruptcy of the Iceberg-V company (INN 3665075516) may result in a subsidy for the beneficiaries of the wholesale and retail network Sintorg from Voronezh. On July 11, 2024, the bankruptcy trustee Maxim Kuznetsov, representing the SRO AU "Interregional Center of Experts and Professional Managers", announced a petition filed with the arbitration against five citizens. By the time of his appeal to the court, the amount of liability amounted to 646,980,422.13 rubles.

Several beneficiaries of Sintorg (Alexander Gribanov, Arkady Stekolshchikov and Alexander Nikitaev), indicated in the message of the KU on Fedresource, already have the status of insolvent citizens. The courts declared them bankrupt in April, May and June 2024.

At the moment, they are at the stage of selling the property. In solidarity with them, Boris Taratuta and Sergey Molokov can become defendants in the subsidy.

Iceberg-V was declared insolvent on February 14, 2024 (case no. A14-5362/2023). The initiator of its bankruptcy was Sberbank, which went to court in March 2023. The company's debt obligations to the bank exceeded 80 million rubles.

The Iceberg-V company was controlled by the Sintez Holding, which manages Sintorg. The assets of another network structure, the Sintez-N company, have been repeatedly put up for auction in the hope of selling them among interested investors. However, those wishing to purchase the property have not yet been found.

A court hearing is scheduled for July 17. The Voronezh Arbitration Court will have to make a decision on whether to complete the bankruptcy procedure. Creditors are due to meet on July 26 to hear KU's report on his work over the past period after the company received bankruptcy status.
