THE COURT STOPPED THE BANKRUPTCY OF THE ONLINE POOLBET SWEEPSTAKES DUE TO LACK OF PROPERTY
Stavropol Arbitration refused to bankrupt the legal entity that operated the Russian Poolbet sweepstakes. On December 15, 2023, the court issued an act on the termination of proceedings in the case (No. A63-8132/2023). It turned out that the defendant, LLC Pyatigorsk Hippodrome (TIN 7705252264) does not have any property to finance the insolvency procedure.

The company "Russian Hippodromes" (JSC) filed for bankruptcy of the company in May 2023. CEO Dmitry Zaitsev reported that the defendant had not repaid the debt under several lease agreements in the amount of 1.08 million rubles. At the time when the claim was submitted to arbitration, the amount of debt amounted to about 1.2 million.

During the consideration of the case, several other persons joined the process. Dmitry Kaishev (CEO of Pyatigorsk Hippodrome) and businesswoman Nuret Kaisheva presented their demands. However, during the consideration of the claim, it turned out that the organization actually has no assets, and all accounting documentation was sent to an external consultant.

As a result, Russian Hippodromes stopped participating in the process. Their legal successor from November 20, 2023 became the company "Jurmedia". However, she indicated that she would not finance the costs of the trial. As a result, the court issued its verdict, which could be appealed within a month to the appellate instance (the Sixteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal). However, the complaint from the participants in the process has not been received.

Pyatigorsk Hippodrome had a gambling license dated June 26, 2009. The online Poolbet sweepstakes was under the management of the company. However, since May 2021, it has stopped accepting bets from customers.
