THE ARBITRATION MANAGER WILL BE BANKRUPTED BY THE CAPITAL'S AVANGARD UNION
On January 11, 2024, the Perm Arbitration Court plans to consider the issue related to the insolvency of Alexander Vasev (case no. A50-25229/2023). From June 2015 to January 2019, he was a member of the capital's Professional Union of Arbitration Managers (ACS) Avangard. Now the organization is trying to declare him bankrupt, making demands of 5.09 million.

It is known that during the period of his work as an arbitration manager, Vasev was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3.1 of Article 14.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The reason was his failure to fulfill his professional duties.

For example, in October 2018, the Perm arbitration court suspended Vasev from performing his duties as a financial manager. The reason for this was his inaction in the Sikharulidze case (No. A50-29291/2016). Vasev was disqualified for six months.

In January 2020, the situation essentially repeated itself in the case of the Criminal Code "Techcomfort" (case no.A50-39661/2017). Vasev, who was approved by the bankruptcy trustee, was dismissed from the case on January 18, 2019. After him, Alexey Borisov was appointed to this role, and then Elvira Galeva. It was she who declared the need to recover losses from Vasev, since he never handed over the necessary financial documents to the manager who replaced him. As a result, the court disqualified him for a year.

By this time Vasev himself had already been expelled from the ACS. In June 2020, the Moscow arbitration Court recovered 4.5 million rubles from the funds of the ACS compensation fund. The reason was the losses that were inflicted by Vasev in the period from November 7, 2017 to December 19, 2018, when he performed the duties of the bankruptcy trustee of Leader Plus (case No. A07-16218/2015). The amount of losses amounted to more than 5 million.

At the moment, a criminal case has been opened against Vasev, in which he is accused of committing 7 crimes provided for in parts 3 and 4 of Article 160 (embezzlement or embezzlement) and part 4 of Article 159 (fraud committed by an organized group or on a particularly large scale or entailing the deprivation of a citizen's right to housing) The Criminal Code OF the Russian Federation. The case is being considered by the Sverdlovsk District Court of Perm. Investigators believe that all of them were committed by Vasev in the status of an arbitration manager.

Vasev's outstanding debt, listed on the FSSP website of the Russian Federation, is 7.7 million. About 500 thousand more are performing fees. It is known that the former arbitration manager is 37 years old. According to the registry office, he is the parent of two minor daughters, Anna and Yana, born in 2010 and 2015, respectively.
