"THE WIND ROSE OF BASHKORTOSTAN" HAS COMPLETED BANKRUPTCY

The bankruptcy process of an organization that sold tourist and sports goods in Ufa, which lasted for several years, ended in July 2023 (case no. A07-23944/2020). The competitive production of the "Wind Rose of Bashkortostan" was discontinued. But the participants in the process can still appeal the Ruling of Judge Rinat Kurbangaliev in the appellate instance.

The process of the "Wind Rose" was initiated by the leadership of the organization in 2020. The owner of the company Nikolay Kochnev in his comments to the publication "RBC Ufa" referred to the fact that the trade gradually lost profitability, and the debt of the store to creditors began to grow. The company did not have the funds to close the debt.

In March 2021, the organization came under surveillance. The functions of the temporary manager were performed by Fanit Gilfanov. In August 2021, the company was declared insolvent. The bankruptcy management was entrusted to Danil Rybalko. As a result, he discovered that the organization owned two production facilities on Sorge Street. The property was put up for auction, having received 6.6 million rubles for it.

During the bankruptcy process, the amount of 17.1 million was included in the debt register. Due to the sale of assets, only 4.8 million (28% of the debt) were repaid. The collateral creditor received 1.4 million out of this amount. After that, the court recognized all the obligations that were not satisfied in the bankruptcy process as repaid.

One of the creditors (the Center for Legal Protection) tried to attract the owner of the company to the subsidiary, however, the court did not grant the organization's petition. Themis did not find fault for this in the actions of the owner and the head of the organization. The firm's creditors were also several banks (DOM.The Russian Federation and SMP-bank), the republican Fund for the Support and Development of MB, as well as the department of the Ufa administration.
