Losses and problems with the renewal of the fleet are threatened by the sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation in terms of cargo transportation. After the ban on the entry of Russian trucks into the territory of the European Union, transportation tariffs fell, while the cost of spare parts and consumables increased. This situation may eventually lead to a decrease in the number of companies in the segment and the bankruptcy of a number of them.

This was the reason for the reduction of tariffs for cargo transportation, in some cases the discount reaches a quarter of the cost. At the same time, experts believe that this is not the limit, and prices may well continue to fall, RBC reports.
