THE RUSSIAN IT INTEGRATOR IS THREATENED WITH BANKRUPTCY
The company "Hi-tech" wants to go bankrupt. With a statement on the insolvency of an IT company, the JSCB "Anchor" applied to the arbitration of the capital (case no. A40-145363/2022). In the court file, the filing date of the document is July 8, 2022, however, the court has not yet begun to consider the claim.
Litigation between the firms began in the summer of 2020. In 2021, it seemed that all issues were settled and the proceedings were terminated. However, in June 2022, the design bureau filed several applications to the court for 12.2 million. In one of them, the plaintiff refers to an agreement concluded in August 2021. Another lawsuit is dedicated to the recovery of more than 5.6 million rubles for the use of other people's money.
According to the publication CNews, referring to representatives of the company "Hi-tech", AKB "Anchor" abuses procedural rights, distorts factual circumstances. The sum of the claim itself was called insignificant by the representatives of the respondent company. The firm said it would file a counterclaim against the battery, intending to protect its business reputation.
Representatives of the JSCB, who did not comment on the submitted application, apparently understand that it will not be very easy to initiate a bankruptcy process at the present time. This is hindered by the moratorium on bankruptcy, established by the authorities for a period of 6 months. Hi-Tech has not yet made a public statement on the rejection of the moratorium.
It is known that Hi-Tech has been operating in the capital since 2013. The head of the company is Evgeny Bryantsev. The three main owners of the organization with a 30% share each are Adam Beziev, Yuri Mesropov and Olga Ilyagueva. Another 10% belongs to Sergey Chernykh. The company is known for developing wireless communication technologies under water. The company finished the year 2021 with a profit of 50.3 million, having received 1.6 billion rubles of revenue. The amount of 134 state contracts concluded by Hi-Tech is 1.3 billion rubles.
AKB "Anchor" (JSC) has been in existence since April 1994. The company specializes in R&D in the natural science and technical fields. The head of the organization is Alexander Ushakov.
