The Greenville dairy did not pay creditors 319 million rubles in bankruptcy

The bankruptcy proceedings introduced by the Lipetsk arbitration at the Greenville dairy have been completed. The firm, which had been operating since 2010, owed creditors more than 319 million rubles. However, during the inventory process, it turned out that the company does not have any property. None of the creditors of the organization, including the tax authorities, VTB Bank and a local agricultural company, received compensation.

The company began to go bankrupt in May 2018 on the initiative of VTB. The organization did not return the loan received to the bank. As a result, other participants joined the process. The total amount of claims amounted to 319.18 million rubles.

The right to claim a loan in the amount of 74.5 million rubles was realized by a private person for 151 thousand rubles.

This money was only enough to partially finance the judicial procedure.

The company was established in 2010 in the village of Oktyabrskoye with an authorized capital of 10 thousand. "Greenville" was known in the region for dairy products manufactured under the brand name "Lipetsk Expanses". The company produced milk and cottage cheese.

In the summer of 2016, the dairy became famous in connection with a scandal related to violations in the production of products. During the inspection, it turned out that the cottage cheese produced on the market of 9% and 18% does not meet sanitary standards. As a result, the work of the enterprise was suspended for a whole month.

In 2016, the company, despite the scandal, received revenue of 470 million rubles. However, there was no profit for the year, and losses amounted to 47 thousand.

Already in 2017, the director of the enterprise will be prosecuted.

As it became known, he did not pay employees a salary in the amount of 250 thousand rubles immediately for several summer months of 2016. At the same time, there was money in the accounts of the organization, but it went to other economic needs. Considering that the head paid the salary in the end, and confessed to the crime, the court appointed him 25 thousand in the form of a fine. And at the end of 2017, the company changed not only the CEO, but also the founder.
