THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY "TEESIDE" WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT
It became known about the bankruptcy of a construction company from Belgorod. The court's decision was made on January 24, 2023 and has already been published in the file of arbitration cases. As follows from the case file (No. A08-73/2022), the temporary manager found signs of fictitious or intentional bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy of Teeside was initiated by JSC ZHBK-1 Plant in mid-January 2022. The plaintiff indicated the presence of debt in the amount of more than 21.88 million rubles. Since March last year, the company has been under supervision, which was carried out by interim manager Pavel Orlov.

Despite the obvious prerequisites for the recognition of the company as bankrupt, its management tried to suspend the progress of the case. A petition was sent to the arbitration, in which the debtor referred to the incompleteness of the civil claim initiated by BIC. It touched on the interests of Teeside, and the decision of the district court has not yet entered into force. However, the arbitration did not suspend the proceedings. The company received the status of bankrupt.

Rusbankrot has previously informed about attempts to recognize Teeside as insolvent. So, in April 2021, a construction company tried to bankrupt a manufacturer of household appliances from Tula - the firm "Elektropromsnab". It could be a debt in the amount of slightly more than 566 thousand, which the creditor had previously won in court (case no. A66-15416/2020). However, it did not come to bankruptcy then.

Another bankruptcy attempt, which was reported by the publication, happened in August of the same year. The initiator was the Stroymarket company. But even with this claim, it was not possible to launch a bankruptcy process, despite the scandals associated with the failure of the delivery of social facilities, for the construction of which the firm "Teeside" was responsible.

According to the decision of the arbitration court, the former director of the organization must transfer the accounting documents and the seal of the company to the bankruptcy trustee. The court appointed Dmitry Kotik to perform his functions. It is known that the owner of "Teeside" was Denis Grinyakin. The company has been operating in the region since 2011, actively participating in state tenders with a minimum authorized capital.
